By accessing or using HitMyMenu ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

HitMyMenu provides digital menu hosting, QR code generation, and related features for restaurants. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

You retain ownership of your menu content. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to host and display that content as needed to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

HitMyMenu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
